Moore Park

Located by the ravine of Moore Park in midtown Toronto, this picturesque 1,500 square foot home was built in the 1930’s and last renovated 30 years ago. The clients purchased the home as newlyweds with plans for a family. The original layout was reorganized, with emphasis placed on the outdated kitchen and bathrooms. The clients are avid travellers who are drawn to the old world charm of European cities which inspired the use of wall panelling, herringbone wood floors, brass fixtures and rich marble finishes.
